Alagammai Karthik is a talented artist with a vibrant energy that translates beautifully onto her canvases. After pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), she boldly followed her true passion and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) specializing in Painting. Further, she has honed her skills further by pursuing a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) at The Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalitha Fine Arts & Music University. She is currently pursuing Ph.D in Fine Arts.
Alagammai’s artistic expertise lies in the expressive blend of acrylics and the detailed precision of charcoal techniques. This combination allows her to create stunning multi-colored paintings that burst with life and emotion. Ms. Devi. P is a passionate artist with a Master’s degree in Fine Arts (Painting) from Tamil Nadu Dr. J Jayalalitha Fine Arts & Music University. She did her Bachelors in Fine Arts in Traditional Painting from Prestigious Mamallapuram Government College of Architecture & Sculpture. She enjoys creating artworks that blend traditional Indian art with modern styles. Her experience includes Tanjore paintings, Agama‑based deity paintings, portraits, landscapes, and wall paintings. She has worked on commissioned artworks and customized designs for clients. Devi is also skilled in printmaking, textile design, and traditional architectural drawing. Her artworks have been exhibited at the Lalit Kala Academy, Chennai, and featured in the Dina Thanthi newspaper. She believes that every artwork should tell a meaningful story while preserving cultural heritage. Through her work, she aims to create creative and timeless art that connects with people.
